Refund Policy

In the event that a donation is made to ROLDA via ROLDA.org.au as a result of fraud or misuse or in the event of accidental duplicate transactions, ROLDA will refund the donation amount electronically back to the same card that was used to make the original transaction, provided the request is made within 14 days of the transaction. Please email us at roldaaustralia@gmal.com stating the details you gave when you made the donation and the date and time.
If you become aware that your card has been used fraudulently, please contact your card provider.

Security Policy

When making a donation to ROLDA, card details are transmitted through a secure server using St George Bank Payment Solutions. Card data is not hosted by ROLDA after processing.
